During COVID-19 spring of 2020, Jordan Balduf launched Side Biscuit from his home driveway, serving up bold, sauce-drenched wings that quickly became the most talked-about bite in town. As demand grew, Side Biscuit took its wings on the road, hosting pop-ups across Ann Arbor and throughout Michigan. After building a cult following, Side Biscuit put down roots on Packard & Woodlawn, transforming a homegrown idea into a neighborhood institution
